Who We Are
Generously supported by The Kickback Foundation, The Toronto Raptors, N'we Jinan, and inPath, Omakizini aims to connect Indigenous Queer youth to land and culture through traditional footwear and dance.
What We Do
I am so grateful to announce two sets of moccasin-making workshops featuring Hunter Corbiere from Noopimiing Creations, using hides traditionally smoked tanned by my two spirit hide mentor Hunter Cascagnette from Medicines from the Land and Niizh Manidook Hide Camp.
